GENERAL INFORMATION:

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Your London Fog Luggage is guaranteed to the original user against manufacturing defects for a period of time specific to your purchase. If defective, your bag will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product at the option of London Fog Luggage. Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear or damage due to abusive handling. In particular, it is the responsibility of the user of the luggage damaged by a public carrier to file a claim with the carrier concerned at the time of damage. Original proof of purchase is required.

* Please be aware shipping is not covered under the warranty.


DEFECTIVE CLAIMS:

To file a claim on your London Fog Luggage, review the required information below and include in an email to luggage@londonfog.com.

Claims are processed in the order in which they are received. Missing information will delay the process. Typically, you will receive an email within 2 business days confirming your claim is being processed. Once completed, an electronic invoice will be emailed with any applicable shipping charges. Upon payment via a secure portal, your replacement luggage/parts will be shipped.

  2. Mailing Address (street, city, state and zip / note: packages cannot be sent to PO boxes)
  3. Email Address

PRODUCT INFO:

  1. Luggage Collection Name and Style Number
    • Can be found on tag inside main compartment. Example: Cambridge, style# 8800.
  2. Size (measure height not including the wheels and handle)
  3. Color
  4. Brief Description of the issue (include how and where the problem occurred)

CLEAR IMAGES OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase
  2. Picture of the full front of the case (to help identifying your exact collection and color)
  3. Close up picture of the defect
    • For wheels: image should include entire wheel housing as well as full bottom of the luggage showing all the wheels (to make sure we send the correct replacement)
    • For telescoping handle: image should be taken looking down from the top of the luggage showing handle grip and housing it sits in

REPLACEMENT PARTS:

If your London Fog Luggage is damaged and you would like to purchase replacement parts, review the information we require below and include in an email to luggage@londonfog.com.
