Shipping Information

London Fog ships within the United States. The shipping methods offered are UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Expedited Shipping, and UPS Overnight shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day (Monday thru Friday), and overnight and 2 day shipping must be placed by 12pm. Priority overnight delivery by 10:30am to most US addresses; by 4:30pm in remote areas. Overnight delivery is subject to availability and regional restrictions. Signature upon delivery is not required, and London Fog is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Luggage orders will ship the following business day and will require an additional shipping day for processing.

Street Address Only for UPS

You must use a street address for all UPS orders, as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses.

US National Holidays and Express Shipping

London Fog cannot ship packages on days that are U.S. national holidays. The following dates are affected:

  • New Year's Day, observed
  • President's Day
  • Good Friday/Easter, observed
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day, observed
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas
  • New Year's

Express orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.

Shipment Notification

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below: will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise with original tags attached. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged full priced or sale products returned within 30 days from purchase date. Items marked as Final Sale are final and not returnable. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $6 restocking fee for each item returned.

  • All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Items cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase date.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.
  • Upon the receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
  • Any returns made using a Promotional Code, will be fully refunded however a new code will not be re-issued.
  • Your return will be processed within 3 - 4 business days of receipt of merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Holiday orders purchased between Thanksgiving and Christmas are eligible for returns through January 15. All returns must be postmarked by January 15th to be eligible for a refund.


Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store locations.


Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it in a UPS drop box or at a UPS store, or give it to a UPS carrier. UPS shipments take approximately 7 - 9 business days to reach our distribution center.

To initiate the return process online, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Visit the  Return Form
  2. Fill in your order number from your email order confirmation, last name, and email address, and follow the instructions for selecting the items to be returned. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your return label, and your order can be returned to us. Please check spam and trash for the attachments.
  3. Affix the customized return label to the outside of your package, and then simply take it to your nearest UPS drop off location. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that your item is in stock.
