Company Policy Return Policy

At, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:

Within 14 days of purchase will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Price Adjustment will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please contact customer service for details. Price adjustments are only available for online merchandise.

Retail Store Returns

Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store locations.

Easy Returns by Mail

Pre-paid Shipping Label - $6.00

To initiate the return process online, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Visit
  2. Fill in your email address, order number and last name, and follow the instructions for selecting the items to be returned. You will then be prompted to print your customized return label and will receive and e-mail confirmation shortly after.
  3. Affix the customized return label to the outside of your package, and then simply take it to your nearest UPS drop off location.

When you return an item to using a UPS prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 per item returned will be deducted from your order refund for return postage and restocking.

UPS shipments take approximately 7 - 9 business days to reach our distribution center.


Self-shipping – Choose your mail carrier

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. To request an RMA number, please email If you prefer not to use our prepaid shipping label, please ship the item(s) through a traceable and insured shipping method to:

When you return an item to using self shipping, a flat fee of $6.00 per item returned will be deducted from your order refund for restocking.

We are not responsible for any lost packages that are not received at our warehouse.


Returns Processing

Order Refund

Refunds for items returned within 14 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
