Shipping & Return

1. How can I return my order from londonfog.com?

Visit our Shipping & Returns page for details on shipping and processing time, and our return policy.

2. Can I return a London Fog product that I bought at another retailer?

Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store.

3. I have a question about a London Fog product that is from another retailer or website.

Please use the following addresses for questions about items that were not purchased on the London Fog website. This includes questions on repairs, product support, and warranty.

4. How do I check my order status and where can I find my order number?

To check the status of your order, go to the Order Status page. Your Order ID can be found on your order confirmation email. You will need your Order ID, name, and email address that was used on the purchase. Once you log-in , you can view order details, see your order status, and track your order. Automatic emails with tracking information are sent via email, once an order has shipped.

5. How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 877-588-8189. We cannot guarantee the cancellation if the order has processed already. If your order has already shipped before the order was cancelled, please refer to Shipping & Returns page. We can not cancel orders once the packages have been sent to UPS.

6. Where can I find the size chart?

Our size chart can be found on the product page by clicking the view the size guide link above the "Add to bag" button. All sizes are approximate.

7. Do you provide repair service on your coats?

London Fog is proud to stand behind the quality of our garments. We will gladly repair all merchandise purchased from our website within 6 months, free of charge. Repairs are subject to company approved manufacturing issues, and must be accompanied by original proof of purchase. Repairs will not be accepted on damaged merchandise as a result of everyday wear and tear, and will be at London Fog's discretion. Please contact outerwear@londonfog.com to inquire about repairs.

8. Do you provide replacement buttons, trench coat belts, and liners?

We do not carry replacement buttons or liners, but trench coat belts are available for purchase by contacting outerwear@londonfog.com.

9. Where Can I Find London Fog Coats Near Me?

Macy's is our largest retail partner and may have a large selection of London Fog products available for purchase. Please visit your local Macy's to inquire about the availability of London Fog products near you.

10. I forgot to add a promo code to my order. Can you apply?

We cannot edit or make any adjustments to an order once it is placed. Please contact us immediately at 877-588-8189 or email us at info@londonfog.com to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee the cancellation if the order has processed already.

11. I haven't received my order confirmation email yet. What should I do?

Please contact us at 877-588-8189 or email us at info@londonfog.com and we will gladly provide you with your order information.
