I bought it online for my niece and she loved the coat and the they way it was packed and shipped. She was extemely happy with the fitting as well. She said it fitted her like it was custom made for her.

For me to have to wait so long for a product that was not what I expected I will never buy from london fog again. If you chose to return for refund or exchange their process is drawn out and long it is not based on what is best for the customer. I frequently buy items online all the time and never had to pay $6 to return an item I don't want they didn't pay for the shipping like most companies do. To say the least this was the worst online experience I have every had. The customer service phone # is in consistent and I called 6 times and left a voice mail and no one ever returned my call about my concerns. I don't feel I should pay $6 or any money for an item I will not keep.

I returned the jacket because of the poor stitching on the left sleeve, easily visible from the top. The jacket was also a bit too full. So, I returned the jackek, knowing I would have to pay $6 shipping. I paid $39.99 plus 8.95 shipping = $48.94 when I bought it. D'ya know what they refunded me? $14.95! No other reason in the return receipt. No issue with the jacket which was only tried on and inspected. Nice job, London Fog! I'm never coming back!
